As a trusted building inspector in Sydney and NSW, Reece has built his reputation on delivering clear, reliable insight across every stage of the construction process, from pre-purchase building inspections through to new home inspections, building stage inspections, and contract site management.
Reece’s career has been built from the ground up. Starting as an apprentice carpenter, he developed a deep understanding of how buildings are constructed, not just in theory, but in practice. Over time, he progressed to senior supervisory and site management roles, delivering complex, large-scale projects, including transport infrastructure, commercial fit-outs, and high-end residential builds.
Most recently, Reece has worked as a Senior Supervisor on major infrastructure projects, including Sydney Metro upgrades and the Parramatta Light Rail, where he has overseen large teams, coordinated complex build sequencing, and ensured strict compliance with Australian Standards and WHS regulations. This experience allows him to assess not just surface-level defects but also the underlying construction quality behind them.
Holding an NSW Unrestricted Builder’s Licence, along with formal qualifications in Building & Construction and Work Health & Safety, Reece brings both technical authority and practical experience to every project.
