A booking is confirmed once agreed by both parties

The property is accessible at the agreed time

Reports are provided electronically via email
Timeframes for delivery are estimates and may vary depending on scope
Reports are:
Prepared solely for the client named in the report
Not to be relied upon by third parties without written consent
7. Use of Reports
You agree that:
Reports are for your personal or business use only
Reports must not be reproduced, distributed, or relied upon by others without our written approval
Spectabuild is not liable for reliance by unauthorised third parties
8. Fees & Payments
Fees are agreed prior to service delivery
Payment is made directly to the inspector (offline)
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking
Spectabuild reserves the right to withhold reports until payment is received in full.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
We are not responsible for issues not visible or accessible at the time of inspection
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
